Instructions For Using Corundum Castable

The corundum castable should be mixed using a forced mixer, and the construction temperature should be controlled between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃. Put the pouring material and binder into the mixer and stir evenly. Then add water and stir for about 5 minutes to make the material color consistent before use. During construction, a vibrating rod must be used to vibrate the pouring, and manual vibration construction is not allowed.
Construction precautions for corundum castable:
1. The pouring material must be completed within 30 minutes after mixing with water. It is strictly prohibited to use it for mixing with recycled materials or for secondary water mixing.
2. The construction of corundum castable should be carried out continuously. Before the initial setting period of the previous layer of castable, the next layer of castable should be poured completely. If the construction gap exceeds its initial setting period, it should be treated according to the requirements of the construction joint.
