Thermal power plant boiler refractory are stable in various concentrations of organic acids and inorganic acids, especially it don’t produce crystalloid saltin in dilute acid, industrial water and neutral aqueous solution, have high anti permeability.
Good heat resistance, lining in titanium pigment rotary kiln, the use temperature is as high as 950 ℃- 1000℃.
The thermal power plant boiler refractory is harmless to the operator and the construction personnel by using the non-toxic curing agent. It can be used in various equipment anticorrosion works after being identified by the health department.
Thermal power plant boiler refractory are cheaper than organic acid resistant materials. It has the same properties as corrosion resistance of organic acid, and has the unique properties of corrosion resistance to strong oxidizing medium.

Applications of Thermal Power Plant Boiler Refractory
Acid resistant refractory castable, like the majority of amorphous materials, has the common feature of direct usage without fire. The manufacturing method is generally easy, no special equipment is necessary, a high degree of automation is required, construction is the most convenient, and material utilization rate is high amongst various amorphous materials.
Furthermore, acid resistant castable manufacturing has a stronger strength at room temperature and may be manufactured into prefabricated pieces for kiln installation, such as chimney liner pouring.
Acid proof castable is mostly used in metalworking industrial kilns, but it is also found in petroleum, chemical, building materials, electric power, mechanical kilns, and thermal equipment.
