Wear-resistant and refractory plastics are made of corundum, silicon carbide, and super-high-alumina clay as the main raw materials, with ultrafine powder, composite binder, additives, and plasticizers. They have good plasticity, long shelf life, and their strength increases with increasing temperature, ensuring that the plastic has high strength and wear resistance. The wear-resistant and refractory plastics developed by our company are easy to construct, quick to repair, high-strength and wear-resistant, good thermal shock resistance, no cracking, and good sealing. They are suitable for CFB boiler lining construction and rapid repair.

The special wear-resistant and refractory plastic series is a fire-hard high-strength refractory plastic with excellent wear resistance. According to different varieties, the wear-resistant and refractory plastic can be made of special alumina, mullite, corundum, silicon carbide as aggregate, alumina powder, micro-powder and ultra-micro powder matrix materials, and mixed with special binders, plasticizers, additives, sintering agents, plasticizers, etc. The material has high strength, good wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and plasticity, long shelf life, and convenient construction and furnace drying. It has very good bonding and construction performance.

 

 

Wear-resistant and refractory plastic is mainly used for the integral construction of the wear-resistant lining of the furnace lining of thermal power circulating fluidized bed boilers, petrochemical cracking units and other thermal equipment, and the use of this material in maintenance and emergency repair can shorten the furnace drying time. It is supplied in the form of mud embryos or in bulk bags. The ramming method is convenient for construction. It does not require complicated baking procedures or furnaces, thus extending the service life of furnace equipment. This product has been successfully used in 20-1070t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers and has received unanimous praise from domestic and foreign customers!
