How To Use Far Far Infrared Energy Saving Paint
Before coating, Use emery cloth, steel brushes, dry rags, and other tools to clean the oil, ash, and other residues from the surface of the coated substrate.
The infrared high-emissivity energy-saving paint needs to be stirred evenly before use.
Apply the paint on the surface of the substrate by spraying or brushing at room temperature; it is recommended to apply 2-3 layers for optimal energy-saving effects.
After coating, let it dry naturally before putting the furnace into operation. Note that the heating rate from room temperature to 400°C should not exceed 100°C/hour.
