Phosphate wear-resistant brick PA is made of brown corundum, silicon carbide, and high-quality high-alumina vanadium clinker as aggregate and powder. Various additives, micropowders, and ultra-micropowders are added to the material to improve the molding properties of the material, so that large, medium, and small particles can be tightly combined, and the micropores are fully filled. The porosity of the product is greatly reduced, and the volume density is increased. Aluminum phosphate is used as a binder, and it is formed by semi-dry molding by machine pressing or vibration, sintering heat treatment at 400-600℃, and chemical bonding to form a high-strength wear-resistant refractory product. Its main features: high compressive strength, good wear resistance, good thermal shock stability, etc. It is widely used in circulating fluidized bed boilers, cement rotary kilns, industrial kilns and other metallurgical thermal equipment.

Phosphate wear-resistant bricks are mainly used as linings for high-temperature parts of cement rotary kilns and are used for parts with severe wear of cement rotary kilns. It is suitable for rotary kiln firing zone, transition zone, cooling zone, cooler, etc. and cement vertical kiln high-temperature zone, cement rotary kiln kiln mouth, kiln tail and cooling zone, cooler and cement vertical kiln high-temperature zone. When phosphate wear-resistant bricks are used in rotary kilns with a kiln diameter greater than 4 meters, the arch frame method should be used for masonry (masonry machine).

Storage of phosphate wear-resistant brick PA: Although phosphate wear-resistant bricks are better than magnesium bricks in moisture resistance, they should also be stored in a moisture-proof manner.
