Corundum-mullite series refractory products have high purity, and the main crystal phase is mainly mullite. Usually the alumina content is between 65% and 75% (corundum or mullite). It has high content, high temperature resistance, erosion resistance, good chemical stability, and strong resistance to acidic or alkaline slag, metal and glass liquid. It is a high-quality refractory material resistant to corrosion. The product has both the high temperature performance of corundum and the thermal shock stability (temperature shock resistance) of mullite. It has good high temperature creep resistance and high temperature mechanical strength. Mullite bricks have high refractoriness, strong compressive strength at room temperature, and good thermal shock resistance. They are divided into sintering and electric melting, made of different raw materials and processes. High temperature performance is related to the alumina content and mullite phase distribution.

Corundum mullite brick is made of corundum and mullite as the main raw materials, adding an appropriate amount of metal fine powder, forming under high pressure and firing at high temperature. It has the characteristics of high high temperature strength, low porosity and corrosion resistance.

Corundum mullite brick is made of imported plate-shaped corundum and high-purity fused corundum as the main raw materials, and the ultra-fine powder adding technology is applied. After mixing, drying, forming, and firing in a high-temperature shuttle kiln, it is a reliable high-purity refractory powder. According to the specific gravity required by the product, organic composite fillers are added, and the corundum mullite brick products are formed and fired at high temperature.

 

 

Corundum mullite bricks are widely used in equipment such as residue oil gasification furnaces, synthetic ammonia second-stage reformers, carbon black reactors and refractory kilns.
