High-strength wear-resistant refractory bricks are made of brown corundum, silicon carbide, and high-quality high-alumina vanadium clinker as aggregates and powders. Various additives, micropowders, and ultra-micropowders are added to the materials to improve the molding properties of the materials, so that large, medium, and small particles can be tightly combined, and the micropores are fully filled. The porosity of the product is greatly reduced, and the volume density is increased. Aluminum phosphate is used as a binder, and it is formed by semi-dry molding by machine pressing or vibration, sintering heat treatment at 400-600℃, and chemical bonding to form a high-strength wear-resistant refractory product. The main features of high-strength wear-resistant and refractory bricks are: high compressive strength, good wear resistance, good thermal shock stability, etc. High-strength wear-resistant and refractory bricks are widely used in circulating fluidized bed boilers, cement rotary kilns, industrial kilns and other metallurgical thermal equipment.

Wear resistance of high-strength refractory bricks The wear resistance of refractory bricks depends on the composition and structure of refractory bricks. When the composition of high-strength wear-resistant and refractory bricks is a dense polycrystalline composed of a single crystal, its wear resistance mainly depends on the hardness of the mineral crystals that make up the material. The higher the hardness, the higher the wear resistance of the material. When the mineral crystals are non-isotropic, the grains are fine and the wear resistance of the material is higher. When the material is composed of multiple phases, its wear resistance is directly related to the bulk density or porosity of the material, and is also related to the bonding strength between the components. Therefore, at room temperature, for a certain type of refractory brick, its wear resistance is proportional to its compressive strength. The wear resistance of high-strength wear-resistant and refractory bricks is related to temperature, and well-sintered refractory bricks also have better wear resistance.
