Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blanket is a new type of lightweight refractory and heat-insulating material made from high-purity raw materials through high-temperature melting in an electric resistance furnace, followed by processes such as blowing or spinning into fibers, needle punching, and high-temperature shaping. This product is white in color, has regular dimensions, and integrates refractory, heat insulation, and thermal insulation functions. It contains no organic matter and has no volatile components at high temperatures, making it an ideal energy-saving and heat-insulating material for kilns. Different chemical compositions, densities, and sizes provide users with a wide range of material selections, making it widely applicable in refractory, heat insulation, and thermal insulation fields across various industries.

The needle-punching process for manufacturing fiber blankets is based on the needle-punching method used in the textile industry for nonwoven fabrics. This method utilizes barbs on the needles of the needle-punching machine. When the needle punctures the fiber blanket, it pulls the fibers downwards; when the needle is pulled upwards, it pulls the fibers upwards, causing the fibers between layers to interweave. This increases the strength of the fiber blanket.The production process is as follows:
(Lubricant) Dry forming → Needling → Heating → Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blanket
Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blankets are produced using an advanced needle-punching process, which causes the fibers to interweave uniformly in three dimensions, forming a stable network structure. This structure not only ensures the strength and integrity of the material under high-temperature conditions but also effectively inhibits heat conduction and convection.

■Industrial building materials kilns, heating devices, and high-temperature pipe linings;
■Thermal insulation for electric boilers, gas turbines, and nuclear power plants;
■Linings of high-temperature reaction equipment and heating equipment in the chemical industry;
■Fire protection and heat insulation of high-rise buildings;
■Expansion joints of kiln masonry, furnace door, and top cover insulation sealing;
■High temperature filter material.

Inner packaging: Each roll of product is individually wrapped in polyethylene film to prevent moisture and dust.
Outer packaging: Export standard corrugated cardboard boxes or plywood pallets are used, and the cardboard boxes are reinforced with packing straps; palletized products are fully wrapped with stretch film to ensure they do not fall apart during transportation.

Q1:What are the main functions of Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blankets?
A:Mainly used for heat insulation of high-temperature equipment to reduce heat loss..
Q2:What is the product's lifespan? Will it degrade under high temperatures?
A:Under normal use, the service life is 5-10 years. Within the rated maximum operating temperature, the product performance is stable, and the decay rate of indicators such as thermal conductivity and compressive strength is less than 5%, which does not affect the insulation effect.
Q3:What parameters are required for customized products? What is the production cycle?
A:The operating temperature, application scenario, required dimensions (thickness/width/length), and density requirements of the customized product must be provided. The production time for regular customized products is 7-10 days, while the production time for customized products with special materials is 10-15 days.
Q4:Does the product require special tools for installation? Is there an installation guide?
A:No special tools are required for installation; regular scissors can be used for cutting, and it can be secured with high-temperature adhesive or anchors. We will provide a detailed installation guide.
Q5:If a product gets damp during transportation, will it affect its performance?
A:Slight short-term dampness will not affect performance; it can be used normally after drying. We use sealed packaging to prevent rain during transportation. If the product gets damp due to packaging issues, it can be replaced free of charge.
Q6:Is the thermal conductivity of the product constant? Does it change at different temperatures?
A:The thermal conductivity will increase slightly with temperature, but the increase is small (≤0.05W/(m・K)) within 1000℃. We will provide a complete "temperature-thermal conductivity" curve to help customers accurately calculate the insulation effect.
Q7:How should the product be disposed of after it is discarded? Is it classified as hazardous waste?
A:It is not classified as hazardous waste and can be treated as general industrial solid waste after disposal; it can also be recycled and reprocessed into low-grade insulation materials, which meets environmental protection requirements.
Q8:What should be done if the received product does not match the order specifications?
A:Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide evidence such as photos and videos. We will immediately arrange to resend the correct specifications of the product and bear the return shipping cost of the wrong product to ensure that your production schedule is not affected.
Q9:How to store unused Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blankets?
A:It should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and dark warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments; it must not be stored with sharp objects or corrosive substances to prevent damage to the packaging or the product.
Q10:Do you support OEM/ODM cooperation?
A:Yes, we fully support OEM and ODM collaborations and can provide flexible solutions from product customization to full-chain services based on customer needs.
