Medium-quality wear-resistant refractory plastic is made of shale ceramsite, with a refractoriness of 1300℃ and a bulk density of 890kg/m3. Under the requirements of medium-quality wear-resistant and refractory plastic volume density, in order to adjust the performance, high-quality shale ceramsite is used, mixed with high-alumina and mullite heat-resistant brick particles, ceramsite powder or high-alumina bauxite fine powder and binder for particle grading, sintering agent is soft clay, refractory powder is bauxite clinker powder, binder is aluminate cement, admixtures are respectively made of synthetic ceramsite, porous aggregate, lightweight brick cutting residue, alumina hollow ball as the main raw materials, mixed with appropriate amount of ultrafine powder, inorganic and organic chemical products as binders and additives are carefully configured!
This series of products has excellent construction performance and use performance, especially suitable for the construction of special walls! Soft and plastic at room temperature, suitable for use in complex parts of the furnace lining; greatly reduce construction water, reduce furnace baking costs, micro-expansion at high temperature, which is conducive to improving the overall sealing of the furnace wall and reducing heat energy loss; reduce the risk of lining bursting to ensure the airtightness of the lining. It has unparalleled characteristics of ordinary vibrating castables. The ramming method is convenient for construction. It does not require complicated baking procedures or furnaces, which shortens the construction period and improves construction working conditions, thereby extending the service life of furnace equipment.
