Wear-resistant Refractory Mortar

The wear-resistant refractory mortar is made of high-alumina fine powder, corundum powder, mullite fine powder and high-viscosity refractory powder as the main materials, and is mixed with composite binders, additives and plasticizers. The main features of this product are: high bonding strength, good wear resistance and good bonding, and easy construction.
Refractory mortar is composed of refractory powder, binder and admixture. Most refractory raw materials can be made into powder for preparing refractory mortar. Ordinary refractory mortar made of refractory clinker powder and appropriate amount of plastic clay as binder and plasticizer has low strength at room temperature, and it has high strength when ceramic bonding is formed at high temperature. Chemically bonded refractory mortar with hydraulic, gas-hardening or thermosetting bonding materials as binders.
The wear-resistant refractory mortar and masonry mud series products are special high-strength, wear-resistant and refractory bonding mortar materials for sealing and docking of refractory brick masonry openings in industrial kilns and furnaces.

This series of products is developed based on the design conditions and operating conditions of various furnaces and kilns. It uses alkaline or alkaline mortar. The product is made of corundum fine powder, high-quality high-alumina vanadium fine powder and other additives. It is mainly used for masonry bonding construction of high-strength wear-resistant bricks, PA bricks, cast fired bricks, clay bricks, high-alumina bricks, phosphate bricks, insulation bricks, and insulation materials. The main features of this product are: high bonding strength, low high-temperature shrinkage, good fluidity, and easy use.

 

 

Refractory mortar can be divided into hydraulic, heat-hardening, and gas-hardening refractory mortars according to the coagulation and hardening characteristics of its binder. Hydraulic refractory mortar uses cement as a binder and can be used at room temperature or in places where it may be in frequent contact with water or water vapor. Heat-hardening refractory mortar is usually made of heat-hardening binders such as phosphoric acid or phosphates. After hardening, this kind of mud has high strength at various temperatures, small shrinkage, tight joints, and strong corrosion resistance. Air-hardening refractory mud is usually prepared with air-hardening binders such as sodium silicate. This kind of mud can make the joints of masonry tight.
