Silicate thermal insulation coating is made of silicate, sepiolite, expanded perlite, expanded vermiculite, floating beads, refractory fiber and other insulation materials as fillers, with water glass as the main binder.
Composite high-temperature adhesive, a viscous fiber paste (or powder dry state) made by special work, becomes a thermal insulation material with closed micropores and mesh fiber structure after drying. This product is a new type of tank body temperature coating made by special process and composite refinement on the basis of traditional materials. The varieties include: silicate, sepiolite, magnesium silicate thermal insulation coating, etc., and the types are divided into wet and dry states. It has good adhesion and high temperature resistance.
Features: simple and fast construction, natural condensation at room temperature (10-25 degrees Celsius), no auxiliary conditions such as heating are required, and it has the characteristics of thermal insulation, heat insulation, high temperature resistance, and strong plasticity.

(1) The binder factor has a great influence on the performance of thermal insulation coatings. Organic binders are superior to general inorganic binders in terms of film-forming properties and thermal insulation properties; (2) Increasing the thickness of the coating can improve the thermal insulation performance of the coating, but the appropriate coating thickness should be selected according to actual needs. Generally, 4-5mm thick can be applied; (3) As the use temperature increases, the thermal conductivity of the coating increases; (4) The optimal ratio of sepiolite, diatomaceous earth, methyl cellulose, and silicone resin in the raw materials is: 30:10:30:30.
