
High-strength wear-resistant and refractory bricks are made of brown corundum, silicon carbide, and high-quality high-alumina vanadium clinker as aggregates and powders. Various additives, micropowders, and ultra-micropowders are added to the materials to improve the molding properties of the materials, so that large, medium, and small particles can be tightly combined and the micropores are fully filled. The porosity of the product is greatly reduced and the volume density is increased. Aluminum phosphate is used as a binder. It is formed by semi-dry molding by machine pressing or vibration, sintering at 400-600℃, and chemically bonded to form a high-strength wear-resistant and refractory product. Phosphate-directly bonded wear-resistant bricks have high strength at high temperatures, medium kiln skin hanging ability, high thermal conductivity, and good thermal shock stability.
During the commissioning stage, when the kiln is opened and stopped many times, it shows good performance. Phosphate bonded high alumina wear-resistant bricks are made of dense bauxite clinker as aggregate, phosphate as binder, through high pressure molding and medium temperature heat treatment. The products have excellent thermal shock stability, wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Its main features: high compressive strength, good wear resistance, good thermal shock stability, etc. The products are widely used in the mixing chamber after the cyclone separator of circulating fluidized bed boilers, CFB boilers, vertical shaft flues, cement rotary kilns, industrial kilns and other metallurgical thermal equipment.
