Ceramic fiberboard is aluminum silicate fiberboard, which maintains good mechanical strength after heating. Compared with fiber blankets and felts, this product is a fiber insulation product with rigidity and support strength. The main raw materials are coke gemstone and alumina powder.
Ceramic fiber uses blown fiber wool as the raw material of ceramic fiberboard, adds a certain proportion of binder and filler-grade additives, and passes through a pulping machine to fully disperse into slurry in the slurry mixing tank. Pump it into the molding tank and stir it with compressed air. Put the mold into the molding tank and use the principle of vacuuming to make the fiber slurry adsorb on the mold. Accurately control the adsorption time, vacuum dehydrate the wet fiber material, demould it, and adopt microwave drying technology to bypass the problem of poor heat transfer performance, improve production efficiency, and place it on a tray to send it to the drying furnace for drying for 10-24 hours. The dried fiberboard passes through a special grinder and trimmer to accurately control the size.
In addition to the excellent properties of the corresponding bulk ceramic fiber wool, the ceramic fiberboard has a hard texture, excellent toughness and strength, and excellent wind erosion resistance. It does not expand when heated, is lightweight, is easy to construct, and can be cut and bent at will. It is an ideal energy-saving material for kilns, pipelines, and other insulation equipment.

Fiber felt is a product formed into a plate-shaped product by adding a small amount of organic binder or heat-resistant inorganic binder to fiber raw cotton. The surface of this product is slightly harder than blanket, and has suitable softness and self-reliance, and the handling and construction performance is also good. The felt with added organic binder is easy to handle during construction. When heated at high temperature, the organic binder is burned off, and the fibers themselves are intertwined with each other to maintain their original shape, but their strength and wind resistance are poor. The felt with added inorganic binder still has high strength and wind resistance when heated at high temperature because the binder still has binding ability.
