Refractory fiber plastic is an amorphous refractory material, which is made of aluminum silicate fiber, zirconium-containing fiber, alumina powder, filler, dispersant, zirconium oxide sol and plasticizer and other filler chemical binders after being fully mixed and formulated. According to different use temperatures, fibers and additives of different materials are selected to meet different working conditions and design requirements.

It is made of aluminum silicate fiber cotton, filler, dispersant and chemical binder after being fully mixed. It is in the form of clay when delivered. It is an air-hardening material. It can be constructed after opening the bag (barrel). The material is cement-free. After construction, it does not need to be baked in the furnace. It can be directly heated and operated after drying. It is easy to construct and does not require molds. It is more convenient and quick to transform the old furnace lining. Its strength is much higher than that of fiber products. It is resistant to air erosion under working conditions.

 

 

Product features:

1. No cement bonding, using a high-stability binder, gas-hardening materials, less eutectic in the material, self-improvement of refractoriness, good erosion resistance.

2. High temperature resistance, small bulk density, small heat storage, good thermal shock stability, low density, low thermal conductivity, and air flow scouring resistance of 40 m/s.

3. The product can be used directly, without stirring on the construction site, and the construction is convenient.

4. No need for furnace drying and curve heating, the equipment can be directly ignited and operated.

Refractory fiber plastic is suitable for chemical radiation room, transition section, convection room and other high-temperature parts of the chimney and elbow box (entry hole, fire hole) and for heat insulation for the bottom of the furnace and the back lining of the furnace wall, and the use temperature is between 500℃ and 1400℃ according to the different products.

Application field: used for thermal insulation construction of industrial kilns such as normal temperature pressure reduction furnaces in the petrochemical industry, hydrogen production unit converters, heating furnaces in the metallurgical industry, and continuous heating furnace linings.
