Quick-drying explosion-proof castables

In high-tech castables, due to the use of composite ultrafine powder and high-efficiency admixtures, the cast lining is too dense and the combined water is difficult to discharge, which makes the lining prone to bursting during the heating process. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, our company has specially developed a series of explosion-proof castables. Quick-drying agents and explosion-proof agents are introduced into the castables to form open micropores in the lining so that water vapor can be discharged smoothly. The lining can be put into use after simple maintenance and baking. Explosion-proof castables are suitable for high-temperature areas with urgent construction period or difficult baking.

Explosion-proof quick-baking refractory castables refer to refractory castables with an anti-burst temperature of ≥1000℃ and a baking time that is shortened by more than 50% compared with "traditional castables" under the same conditions.

 

 

Product Features

Explosion-proof castables are energy-saving castables developed to shorten furnace baking time. Castables with different furnace baking time and performance requirements can be developed according to the furnace building needs of users. Products with furnace baking time of 3-7 days can be provided according to the thickness of the furnace lining. Compared with ordinary castables that require furnace baking for 12-21 days, it saves more than 5 days of furnace baking time, which not only improves furnace building efficiency but also saves a lot of energy for users, and is deeply loved by users.
