Preparation Before Construction
Check the packaging of the wear resistant fire resistant plastic to see if it is intact, damp, or lumpy, and pay attention to its production date and expiration date. Prepare the tools needed for construction, such as trowels, tamping rods, vibrators, cutting tools, etc., and ensure that the tools are clean, intact, and can be used normally. Clean the surface to be constructed and remove impurities. Install appropriate templates according to the shape and size of the construction site.

Construction Process
Mixing: Add the various components of the wear resistant fire resistant plastic material into a mixer and mix them. First, mix the dry materials evenly, then add an appropriate amount of water or binder and continue mixing until the specified consistency and plasticity are reached.
Construction methods: Common methods include spreading, tamping and spraying. The spreading method is suitable for flat surfaces or surfaces with small slopes. Use a trowel to evenly spread the plastic on the construction surface; the tamping method is often used for areas with large thickness or requiring high density. Use a tamping rod or vibrator to tamp the plastic to make it dense; the spraying method is suitable for large-scale construction or high-altitude operations. Use a spraying device to spray the plastic onto the construction surface.
Layered construction: If the construction thickness is large, it should be constructed in layers. The thickness of each layer is generally controlled at about 50-100mm. When applying or tamping each layer of plastic, ensure that it is fully combined with the lower layer. Methods such as roughening and rubbing can be used to increase the bonding force between layers.
Treatment of construction joints: During the construction process, if construction joints are required, the plastic surface at the construction joints should be treated to be vertical or stepped and cleaned. When continuing construction, a layer of bonding agent should be applied to the construction joints, and then new plastic should be laid to ensure that the construction joints are firmly bonded.
Post-construction Treatment
After the construction is completed, appropriate curing should be carried out according to the type of wear resistant fire resistant plastic and environmental conditions. Generally, direct sunlight and wind should be avoided during natural curing, and the construction surface should be kept moist. The curing time is usually 3-7 days. For some special plastics, steam curing or other curing methods may be required, which should be strictly implemented in accordance with the material requirements.
The mold can be removed only after the plastic reaches a certain strength. Be careful when removing the mold to avoid damaging the constructed plastic lining. If local damage is found, it should be repaired in time.
Before putting it into use, the constructed wear resistant fire resistant plastic needs to be baked. Baking should be carried out according to the specified baking curve, and the temperature should be raised slowly to avoid too fast a temperature rise, which may cause cracks or peeling of the plastic. During the baking process, pay attention to the changes in the plastic, and handle any abnormalities in a timely manner.
