Application of corundum castable:
Mainly used as lining for various high-temperature furnaces and high-temperature components, such as rotary kiln inlet and coal injection pipe, impregnation pipe outer lining for molten steel vacuum degassing device, lining for spray metallurgy and argon blowing integrated spray gun, lining for electric furnace top triangle zone, LF furnace cover, and high-temperature wear-resistant lining for petrochemical industry catalytic cracking reactor.
Characteristics of corundum castable:
1. Under high temperature conditions, the mechanical strength is high,
2. Good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. High temperature volume stability is good.
4. Strong antioxidant capacity.
