Steel fiber reinforced wear-resistant castables are made by introducing heat-resistant steel fibers. The shape of steel fiber reinforced wear-resistant castables with heat-resistant steel fibers is similar to a boat-shaped sagger. Its specifications are cross-section 0.2mmx1.0mmm, length 20mm, 25mm, 30mm and 35mm; the grades of heat-resistant steel fibers are divided into 330, 310, 304, 446 and 430 according to the international heat-resistant steel fiber grades. The steel grades similar to the national standard (GB) are 1Cr15Ni36W3Ti, 1Cr25Ni20Si2, 1Cr18Ni9, 1Cr25Si2 and 1Cr18Si2, which greatly enhances the thermal shock stability of the wear-resistant castable. The product has high wear resistance, thermal shock stability and volume stability.
