Construction preparation of wear-resistant castables for magnesium reduction furnaces:
1. The mold should be cleaned and the gaps should be tightly sealed to prevent leakage, so as to avoid the separation of aggregate and powder during casting.
3. The construction environment temperature of the castable must be maintained between 5-40℃. A temperature below 40℃ will cause the castable to solidify too long, and a construction temperature above 40℃ will cause the castable to solidify too quickly.
