This product is the large mud claw tortoise shell mesh newly developed by our factory. High temperature resistant amorphous lining materials are generally reinforced with tortoise shell mesh, carbon steel (A3F) tortoise shell mesh, and 0Cr13 material is used in special cases. When using, first spot weld the tortoise shell mesh on the inner wall of the boiler or hot air duct, and then apply refractory material.
Advantages of tortoise shell mesh: The hexagonal large mud claw tortoise shell mesh significantly enhances the anchoring ability with the lining material. This effectively enhances the connection performance of the lining material itself, completely controls the phenomenon of easy peeling and shedding of the heat-resistant insulation layer, and improves the bonding strength of the lining material.
Turtle shell mesh material: used for casting amorphous lining materials, and has a wide range of materials to choose from for the anchoring effect of lining materials: A general carbon steel 0Cr13, 1Cr13, 0Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 310S, hole spacing 2cm-8cm, mesh thickness 0.8cm-6.0cm, plate thickness 1mm-3mm, mesh size, customized by the purchaser in various specifications, and has cooperated with many main engine factories to produce various metal accessories, and has supplied various lining metal structural parts to many petrochemical equipment manufacturers.
The products produced are widely used in large-scale petrochemical units, especially as one of the main accessories of the lining structure of the main equipment of the catalyst unit, it can improve the wear resistance and strength of the lining, and the wear-resistant lining is reinforced with tortoise shell mesh.
