Inorganic ceramic fiberboard, fire barrier is a high-strength fiberboard produced with specific refractory additives. This product has a tough texture, high compressive strength, excellent high temperature resistance and excellent supporting capacity; it can be used as an excellent refractory material for fireproofing and heat insulation in the temperature range of industrial kilns.
Inorganic ceramic fiberboard uses ceramic fiber wool as raw material and is made by vacuum forming. Its strength is higher than that of fiber blanket and vacuum formed felt, and it is suitable for application fields that require rigid strength of the product.
In addition, according to application requirements, there are vacuum-formed ceramic fiberboard products with higher bulk density, and the thermal insulation, wear resistance and strength of inorganic ceramic fiberboard are further improved. The inorganic ceramic fiber and fire barrier formula contains a small amount of organic binder to enhance its cold strength, and the organic matter can be burned down when it is first burned at about 200℃ to 300℃.
