High Silica Fabrics

High silica cloth is a high temperature resistant inorganic fiber with a silicon dioxide (SiO2) content higher than 96% and a softening point close to 1700°C. It can remain in good condition after long-term use at 900°C, working at 1450°C for 10 minutes, and working at 1600°C for 15 seconds.
It has the advantages of light weight, soft texture like silk, high temperature resistance, good insulation performance, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, corrosion resistance, no asbestos, etc. It has excellent environmental protection performance, low thermal conductivity, good chemical stability, good electrical insulation performance, low thermal shrinkage, non-asbestos products, no pollution, and good processability. High silica refractory fiber cloth has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, easy processing, and wide application. It can be used as high temperature resistance, ablation resistance, heat insulation, and thermal insulation materials under high temperature and harsh conditions, and can be surface coated according to customer requirements.
