Alumina-Silicate Ceramic Fiber Cloth

Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber textiles, products refer to products such as ropes and belt-shaped cushioning materials or cloth made by adding 15-20% organic fiber to longer refractory fiber cotton using common textile technology, and then weaving or spinning. Generally, ropes are relatively strong and dense, while woven products are relatively loose. When higher tensile strength is required, stainless steel wire or nickel-chromium wire can be added to improve its strength. This product is generally used as a cushioning material.

Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber textiles include cloth, rope, belt, yarn and other products, which are made of ceramic fiber cotton, alkali-free glass filament, and high-temperature resistant stainless steel alloy wire through special processing. In addition to the above products, we also provide high-temperature resistant textiles with special specifications and performances according to the user's requirements for operating temperature and specific use environment.

Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber textiles are mainly used as high-temperature sealing materials and are widely used to replace asbestos ropes to prevent environmental pollution. They are widely used in hot air valves of blast furnaces in China. Refractory fiber ropes can also be used to weave nets, cloths and other products of different specifications to serve as high-temperature filter materials, electrical insulation materials, high-temperature heat-resistant coverings, fire-proof curtains and furnace insulation layers.

Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber textiles are rope-shaped refractory fiber products woven from refractory fibers. According to different use conditions, two methods can be used to weave them into ropes: one method is to use aluminum silicate fiber felt (blanket) strips as the core material, and twist stainless steel wire or nickel-chromium-iron and heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel wire with inorganic fibers, and weave them with a braiding machine, so that the products have a certain tensile strength; the other method is to add 15% to 20% organic fibers to aluminum silicate fibers, directly spin them into silk, and then weave them into refractory fiber ropes, which are lightweight ropes that cannot support loads (unreinforced).
