Alumina silicate ceramic fiber castable is a special refractory material, which belongs to a new type of lightweight refractory material, with the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, high strength and good air tightness. This material is mainly made of sprayed fiber cotton with low slag ball content as aggregate, with a certain proportion of binder, refractory filler and additives, showing a clay-like form, and belongs to an indeterminate refractory material.
It is made of ceramic fiber wool as aggregate, adding various fillers, binders, additives and other materials. It not only has the excellent performance of shaped fiber products, but also further broadens the application field of ceramic fiber products due to its good construction performance and mechanical properties. It is made of various types of aluminum silicate fiber wool and high-temperature powder, inorganic binder, organic binder and additives. It is usually constructed by pouring, but can also be constructed by spraying, spraying and smearing. It is divided into: ordinary type (STD), high purity type (STD), high aluminum type (HA), high zirconium type (ZA) and mixed type. Low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, thermal shock resistance, excellent pressure resistance and flexural resistance make it have excellent wind erosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, performance and certain load-bearing capacity; strong adaptability to kiln atmosphere; the furnace wall can be demoulded 4-8 hours after pouring, and has a certain hardness, the overall strength of the furnace lining is large, and a hard shell is formed on the surface of the furnace lining to prevent harmful components from corroding the lining, protect the furnace lining, and extend the service life of the furnace lining; the metal parts are all inside the furnace lining and do not contact the flame, ensuring the stability of the furnace lining structure. ‌ Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber castables also have the ability to resist any thermal shock, and can be used immediately after installation, and the anchoring system is away from the hot surface of the component, so that the metal anchor is at a relatively low temperature, thereby improving the safety and efficiency of use.
