Description
product-1600-1600

Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber modules are manufactured using proprietary machinery and equipment, using aluminosilicate fiber blankets and customized according to the fiber block design and dimensions. During processing, a controlled compression ratio is applied to ensure the modules expand multidirectionally after installation, forming a seamless, integrated lining. An integrated anchoring system secures the modules to the kiln shell, providing precise dimensions and facilitating easy installation. This accelerates kiln lining installation, reduces kiln weight, and significantly enhances energy efficiency. Fully ceramic fiber-lined kilns are becoming a global trend in energy-saving kiln design, helping to ensure optimal energy performance in high-temperature industrial applications.

Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber modules are assembled from stacked refractory fibers, which are cut or folded into strips or blocks. One end of each fiber blanket is positioned against the furnace wall along its thickness, while the other end extends into the furnace interior. The stacked blankets are then secured to the furnace shell using heat-resistant steel rods.

This construction method allows the temperature of the steel bolts to remain lower than the furnace temperature. Because the fibers are oriented perpendicular to the furnace wall, they remain undamaged and resist peeling. Additionally, the layered compression of the fiber modules-typically around 25%-results in high bulk density, which can increase the service temperature by 50–80°C and improve resistance to airflow erosion.

To extend the service life of the lining, a coating is applied to the fiber surface. This coating serves to:

1.Reduce shrinkage of the refractory fibers at high temperatures

2.Provide high-temperature resistance to chemical erosion

3.Enhance resistance to airflow erosion and corrosion

Q1: What are the differences between aluminum silicate ceramic fiber modules and aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blankets?
A: Ceramic fiber modules are pre-compressed from fiber blankets, resulting in a more stable structure, faster installation, and improved sealing and service life compared with using fiber blankets alone.

Q2: Are the modules suitable for use on furnace tops?
A: Yes. Their light weight and excellent thermal shock resistance reduce the load on the furnace top, making them an ideal choice for top insulation.

Q3: Will the modules shrink at high temperatures?
A: The modules are pre-treated at the factory and exhibit minimal linear shrinkage at high temperatures, which does not compromise overall thermal insulation performance.

Q4: Can the dimensions and anchoring structure be customized according to the furnace type?
A: Yes. We provide customized module solutions based on furnace structure, operating temperature, and installation method.

Q5: What practical energy-saving benefits do aluminum silicate ceramic fiber modules provide?
A: In most industrial furnaces, they can reduce energy consumption by over 20%, shorten heating times, and lower long-term operating costs.

Q6: What is the maximum operating temperature?
A: Depending on the model, the maximum operating temperature ranges from 1050 to 1400 °C. Specific recommendations can be provided based on your application.

Q7: What is the production lead time?
A: Standard products typically take 7–10 days, while customized products require 15–20 days.

Q8: Are special tools required for installation?
A: No. Standard tools are sufficient, and detailed installation instructions are provided.

Q9: How is product quality ensured?
A: We implement strict quality control from raw material procurement to production and final inspection. Each step is monitored by dedicated personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality products.

Q10: Do you support OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes. We fully support OEM and ODM projects, offering flexible solutions from product customization to full-chain services according to customer requirements.
