Inorganic uncalcined ceramic fiberboard is a new type of inorganic board made of high-purity ceramic fiber wool and formed in one piece through an independently developed environmentally friendly production equipment assembly line. This board can be formed without secondary calcination, does not contain organic matter, has the characteristics of being smokeless and odorless when exposed to open flames, high temperatures, and high heat, and its strength and hardness will not only not decrease, but will increase.
The preparation method of this board solves the problem that the preparation method of traditional ceramic fiberboard cannot meet environmental protection requirements. By using a specific raw material ratio, such as ceramic fiber wool, silica sol and aluminum powder, the use of open flame calcination is avoided in the production process, thereby effectively reducing the generation of pollutants such as sewage and waste gas, and achieving environmentally friendly production. When this board is used in a high temperature environment, its compressive and flexural strength will increase with the increase of temperature. It has good insulation and mechanical properties and is suitable for large industrial kiln equipment, pipelines and other insulation and heat preservation fields in petrochemical, metallurgical, electric power and other industries.
In addition, this type of board has precise dimensions, a fine and smooth surface, extremely low slag ball content, low thermal conductivity, and extremely small thermal shrinkage. It can be cut into corresponding sizes according to usage requirements, and processed by punching and cutting. The use of inorganic uncalcined ceramic fiberboard as the lining structure of industrial furnaces has become an effective energy-saving measure.

Inorganic uncalcined ceramic fiberboard uses adhesive or metal rivets to attach fiber felt, blanket, board or fiber prefabricated components to the lining of refractory bricks, lightweight bricks or refractory castables. Due to the insulation effect inside the furnace, the heat storage and heat dissipation of the furnace body are reduced, especially in intermittent heating furnaces with large temperature fluctuations. It is more convenient to dismantle and repair, with low investment, fast construction, easy maintenance, and obvious energy saving. Specifications of inorganic uncalcined ceramic fiberboard veneer: thickness of 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and the most used is 50mm.

Inorganic uncalcined ceramic fiberboard, various aluminum silicate (ceramic) refractory fiber fireproof boards, use corresponding ordinary, high-purity, high-aluminum, zirconium-containing aluminum silicate refractory fiber cotton as raw materials, refractory fiber or felt is impregnated with inorganic colloidal binder (usually silica sol or aluminum sol), packed into plastic bags and sealed to keep moist state. It is made by vacuum filtration process or mechanical method, and its characteristics are: 1) After drying, it becomes a lightweight, surface-hardened and elastic thermal insulation material; 2) It can be cut into the required shape with scissors or knives; 3) It can also be constructed in parts with complex shapes that are usually difficult to construct. It can be made into flat, cylindrical or various shapes of products in a wet state according to needs. After drying, it hardens and can maintain its original required shape and has good wind speed resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics. Therefore, this product can be used as a plastic thermal insulation material.

 

 

Inorganic uncalcined ceramic fiberboard, in addition to the excellent properties of the corresponding bulk aluminum silicate refractory fiber wool, has a hard texture, excellent toughness and strength, and excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation properties. It does not expand when heated, is light, easy to construct, and can be cut at will. It is an ideal energy-saving material for kilns and other thermal insulation equipment.
