Refractory castable refers to a mixture of refractory aggregates, binders, and additives, which is mixed with water (or liquid binders) to form a slurry that can be used for pouring construction.
The difference from other amorphous refractory materials is that refractory castables have a certain setting and hardening time after construction, so they need to be cured for a certain period of time before demolding and then naturally cured for an appropriate period of time before being put into baking use.
