Anti-stripping High Alumina Brick

Anti-stripping high-alumina bricks use high-alumina bauxite as the main raw material, introduce a small amount of ZrO2 (because ZrO2 is a phase transition between monoclinic and tetragonal, it can improve the thermal shock stability of the product), add a certain amount of composite binder and additives, control the particle grading of the mud, and make refractory products through molding and high-temperature firing. The main component of this refractory brick is Al2O3.
High fire-resistant temperature; 0.2MPA load softening temperature is greater than 1500 degrees; excellent thermal shock resistance, high compressive strength at room temperature, low apparent porosity, stable high temperature volume; excellent anti-stripping performance; good chemical corrosion resistance.
The main component of this brick is aluminum oxide (Al2O3), with a content higher than 48%, and it is an aluminum silicate refractory product. High alumina bricks have high thermal stability, a refractoriness above 1770°C, and good slag resistance, so they are widely used in the lining of industrial equipment such as steelmaking electric furnaces, glass melting furnaces, and cement rotary furnaces. Anti-stripping high alumina bricks are particularly suitable for cement kilns. They can resist the effects of high temperature and chemical erosion during cement production and maintain the stability and durability of the brick body.
The raw materials for making this brick include special-grade bauxite, fused corundum, fused mullite, etc., which are made through a molding and calcination process. This brick has the advantages of small high-temperature creep, strong corrosion resistance, and good thermal shock stability, and is particularly suitable for large hot blast furnaces and other equipment. Due to its excellent performance, anti-stripping high-alumina bricks have been included in the national "Spark Plan" project, opening up a new path for the localization of high-quality, high-grade imported refractory materials required for my country's new hot blast furnaces.
