Lightweight mullite polylight insulation brick is a high-quality heat-insulating brick. Mullite polylight insulation brick refers to a lightweight refractory product containing 30%-46% Al2O3. It uses high-quality high-alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material. It is made into plastic mud or mud by adding appropriate amounts of clay, ingredients and water. It is extruded and fired at high temperature. This brick is mainly composed of mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2) and has a high alumina content, generally between 40% and 75%. In addition to mullite, its mineral composition may also contain a small amount of glass phase and quartz, or a small amount of corundum. The specific composition depends on the alumina content.

Lightweight mullite polylight insulation brick series is a high-grade mullite polylight refractory brick developed by our company in recent years. Lightweight mullite polylight insulation brick products have excellent performance and can be directly used for high-temperature kiln lining. At present, it has been widely used in shuttle kilns, roller kilns, glass and petrochemical kilns.

Lightweight mullite polylight insulation brick is a mullite refractory material with mullite as the main crystal phase. The general alumina content is between 65% and 75%. In addition to mullite, the mineral composition also contains a small amount of glass phase and quartz with a lower alumina content; the one with a higher alumina content also contains a small amount of corundum. Lightweight mullite polylight insulation brick is mainly used for hot blast furnace top, blast furnace body and furnace bottom, glass melting furnace regenerator, ceramic sintering furnace, dead corner lining of petroleum cracking system, etc.
