
Light-weight hi-strength Refractory Castables produced by our company are of small volume weight and high strength, generally applied to the furnace lining,furnace roof of industrial furnaces, and heat accumulating chamber and other positions of heat accumulating furnaces.
Lightweight high-strength castables use high-quality high-aluminum or mullite lightweight high-strength materials as aggregates, aluminate or calcium aluminate cement and imported micropowders, intermediate media and high-efficiency admixtures, ultrafine powders, and composite additives as raw materials, and are composed of ultrafine powders and composite additives. High-aluminum lightweight aggregates must have the characteristics of high purity, good sintering, and low water absorption. Aluminate or calcium aluminate cement selects cement with high low-temperature strength and long setting time to facilitate construction. Various micropowders are required to have high purity and fine particle size, and the intermediate medium ZP is required to have a small bulk density. The particle size is <0.5mm.
Lightweight high-strength castables have the advantages of high refractoriness, high strength, and low thermal conductivity. Lightweight thermal insulation castables have the characteristics of low bulk density and low thermal conductivity, which can reduce the thermal energy consumption of industrial kilns and reduce the weight of furnace linings. They are widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, kilns and other industries as insulation layers of refractory fabrics and double-layer fabrics and similar thermal insulation castables for thermal equipment.
Lightweight high-strength castables are developed for industrial kilns and thermal equipment that require lightweight high-strength castables to have low thermal conductivity, as well as wear resistance, pressure resistance, tensile resistance and other strengths. The technical feature is "lightweight and high-strength". Lightweight high-strength castables also have acid and alkali resistance.
Lightweight high-strength castables have light volume, high compressive strength, and resistance to acid and acidic gas corrosion. The kiln lining mass is reduced, the carcass surface temperature is reduced, which is conducive to energy saving and has energy-saving promotion value.
