Silicon carbide anti-scaling castable is mainly made of silicon carbide as the main raw material, with the addition of high-efficiency water reducing agent and ultrafine powder, and pure calcium aluminate cement as a binder, which can greatly reduce the number of crusting. High-strength anti-skinning silicon carbide castable is a high-aluminum silicon carbide product. Since SIC has a very high hardness (Mohs hardness 9.2, expansion coefficient not greater than 4.4X10-6C°-1), the high-temperature volume stability is very good, so the refractory produced with SIC as raw material has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high high-temperature strength, high thermal conductivity, small linear expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, no reaction with cement raw material, and good anti-skinning property.

 

High-strength anti-skinning silicon carbide castable is suitable for preheater cone, ascending flue and down-feeding slope and other parts.

High-strength anti-skinning silicon carbide castable forms a glaze on the surface of the material under high temperature, preventing the penetration of the glass phase in the cement raw material, thereby playing an anti-skinning role. This material is mainly used for cyclone preheater down-feeding slope, ascending flue, preheater cone and other parts that have been skinned.
