
Combustor is always under the alkaline environment with frequent temperature variation and large temperature difference, at the same time it is scoured by airflow and chamotte dust. The Refractory Castable special for combustor developed by our company is of high temperture resistance,alkali resistance, thermal shock resistance, and scouring resistance.
The anti-stripping castable for burners in cement kilns is composed of magnesium aluminum spinel, Si2Al4O4N4, Al3BC3, zirconium spinel, strontium carbonate powder, vanadium carbide powder, alumina powder, pure calcium aluminate cement, composite powder, admixtures and aluminum chloride solution. The prefabricated parts are formed or cast by self-flowing pouring, and after curing and drying, they are heat treated at high temperatures. Compared with traditional castables, this product has the characteristics of self-flowing construction, self-defoaming, anti-stripping, high wear resistance and long service life. It can be more widely used in the burner parts of rotary kilns used in various cement industries.
