
Self-flowing castable is a high-tech refractory material developed based on the principles of closest packing, solid–fluid theory, and fluid mechanics, and tailored for refractory applications.
During use, it self-levels and densifies under its own weight without vibration.
The material is easy to apply and offers high-temperature, erosion, and wear resistance, along with excellent thermal shock stability.
It is suitable for hot repair of furnace roofs, furnace walls, water-cooled lining strips, and various kilns, especially in complex, narrow, or hard-to-access areas

Self-flowing castables are based on low-cement and ultra-low-cement castables and consist of refractory aggregates, powders, and high-efficiency dispersants with a controlled particle size distribution.
The proper proportion of ultrafine powders and high-efficiency dispersants enables the castable to achieve self-flowing and self-leveling behavior.
