Self-flowing quick drying explosion proof castable is a refractory material that self-flows and self-deaerates without vibration.
When mixed with the proper amount of water, it can be cast into complex shapes without vibration without compromising performance.
It is ideal for thin-walled or complex-shaped applications unsuitable for vibration molding.
This castable meets the requirements for rapid repair and heating in industrial furnaces, typically requiring only 3–5 days of furnace drying, reducing drying time by over 4 days compared to conventional castables, saving production time and costs.
