To ensure the stable formation of the spinel structure in aluminum magnesium refractory castables under high-temperature conditions, standardized construction procedures should be followed.
Before construction, ensure that the working environment is dry, the castable is within its shelf life, the formwork is firmly secured, and the anchors are properly installed.
Strictly control the water addition and mechanically mix the material until a uniform and workable consistency is achieved. During installation, the castable should be poured in layers and properly vibrated to ensure compactness.
After pouring, allow the lining to cure naturally, followed by gradual drying and baking according to the recommended heating curve.
