Cement perlite products are a new type of thermal insulation material made of expanded perlite, sodium silicate as a binder, and formed and dried. The shape and size of the products are manufactured according to the drawings of the customer.

Description

Expanded perlite products refer to thermal insulation refractory products made of perlite as the main component. Cement perlite products are made by preparing, screening, pressurizing, and drying with expanded perlite as aggregate, adding an appropriate amount of binder, waterproofing agent, and adhesive.

Such as cement, water glass, phosphate, etc., after stirring, mixing, forming, drying, roasting or curing. The density of expanded perlite is relatively small, generally only 40-120kg/m, and the refractoriness is generally 1280-1360℃. The maximum operating temperature of products made of different binders is different, and is usually below 1000°C.
