2. Performance and characteristics of YXB-Ⅱ foam ceramic acid-resistant brick:

1) Acid corrosion resistance

Long-term acid resistance, resistance to various concentrated acids (except hydrofluoric acid), but can withstand hydrofluoric acid with a concentration of less than 0.3% and exhaust gas condensate including chlorides. Applicable to wet desulfurization conditions (with GGH and without GGH) and non-desulfurization conditions (dry flue gas). Strong adaptability to flue gas temperature changes.

2) High temperature resistance

It can be suitable for temperatures of -200℃-450℃, especially under high and low cross-change conditions, the performance is stable.

3) Non-absorbent

Can adapt to alternating wet and dry environments

4) Lightweight and high-strength

5) Low thermal conductivity, non-absorbent, airtight, and non-deformable

6) Non-combustible, and can be sawed and bonded

7) Stable performance and long service life

Can meet the same requirements as the chimney service life of 30 years.

8) Simple construction

Not demanding on the construction environment, and can be constructed at room temperature.
