YXB-Ⅰ ultra-light, anti-seepage, acid-resistant bricks are multifunctional new materials made by our company through the introduction of international advanced technology, the use of new materials, and special production processes. This product is a new chimney lining masonry material developed for wet desulfurization and smoke exhaust conditions in thermal power plants. It is a new material that integrates multiple comprehensive properties such as ultra-lightweight, high-strength, high-efficiency thermal insulation, heat resistance, thermal shock resistance (alternating hot and cold), acid and alkali resistance, and waterproof seepage, and has thermal insulation, anti-corrosion, and waterproof functions.

 

YXB-Ⅰ foam ceramic acid-resistant bricks

 

The chimney built with YXB-Ⅰ ultra-light, anti-seepage, acid-resistant bricks can replace the "insulation layer + lining layer" structure in traditional chimney construction. Simplified design and construction can reduce the weight of chimney linings and flue linings by 60-70%. The excellent waterproof and anti-seepage performance of this product can effectively ensure stable performance under the long-term operation state of the designed parameters, ensuring the true realization of the design intention.
