Asbestos-free calcium silicate insulation products are composed of xonotlite hydrate and reinforcing fibers, do not contain asbestos, and are a highly efficient and energy-saving product. They have excellent characteristics such as high heat resistance, strong insulation performance, high specific strength, good durability, corrosion resistance, easy cutting and sawing, and can be widely used in energy-saving and heat preservation projects of industrial kilns.
It is a new type of thermal insulation material, which is made of siliceous materials (mainly SiO2, such as quartz powder, fly ash, diatomaceous earth, etc.), calcium materials (mainly CaO, such as lime, calcium carbide mud, cement, etc.), reinforcing fibers, additives, etc. in proportion, and is made through processes such as copying or molding, autoclaving and curing. It is a new type of inorganic building material. Due to its high strength, light weight, good processability and non-combustibility, it is widely used in ship bulkheads, ceilings and non-load-bearing walls of buildings, as well as other places with fire protection requirements.
