
Aluminate cement
High-strength refractory castables generally use fused corundum and α-Al2O3 as refractory bone powder, CA-70 cement or CA-80 cement as binder and add additives.
In short, under the premise of ensuring the construction performance, room temperature strength and high temperature properties (i.e. reactivity, sintering and expansion) of high-strength refractory castables, the variety and dosage of aluminate cement should be reasonably selected. Its dosage is 3%~6%, generally speaking, the less the better, to ensure the high purity of high-strength refractory castables.
High-strength chromium corundum refractory castable
High-strength chromium corundum refractory castable is based on high-strength corundum refractory castable, mixed with an appropriate amount of industrial chromium oxide, and made using low-cement technology. Its main products are breathable bricks and nozzles, which are widely used in the steelmaking industry with good results and significant social benefits.
Industrial chromium oxide has an important influence on the strength, post-burning linear change and slag resistance of chromium corundum refractory castables. Comprehensive consideration, the dosage of Cr2O3 is generally 3% to 6%.
