Corundum Silicon Carbide Refractory Castable (prefabricated Parts)

Corundum silicon carbide castables are made of fused brown corundum and silicon carbide as the main materials, and are prepared by adding pure aluminate cement binder, corundum fine powder, explosion-proof fiber, shrinkage-proof agent and other additives. The low-cement castable based on corundum and silicon carbide is a new generation of castables prepared by using ultrafine powder and high-efficiency additives and scientific particle grading. It has good chemical stability and good resistance to acids and alkalis, and is completely insoluble even in hydrochloric acid. Corundum and silicon carbide are used as the matrix skeleton to ensure that the castable has high body density and high strength material quality requirements, so that the product has sufficient corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It has the characteristics of high density, low porosity, high strength, low wear, thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance.
According to customer requirements, the corundum silicon carbide refractory prefabricated parts are made after on-site mold casting, vibration and baking. The prefabricated blocks have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, vibration resistance, etc.
