The refractory fiber lining material is composed of fiber, filler, binder and admixture. It is an air-hardening material with all the advantages of refractory fiber furnace lining. It is supplied in the state of use, no special equipment is required, and it can be constructed after opening the bag. There is no need to add water or stir on site. After completion, it can be heated for use after natural curing for one week.
Refractory fiber lining materials are very suitable for lining insulation materials for medium and low temperature thermal equipment such as heat treatment furnaces and petrochemical tubular heating furnaces. Refractory fiber lining material belongs to the dense refractory fiber spray coating structure. It adopts new materials and new processes to overcome the shortcomings of brick and lightweight heat-resistant lining structure, such as large heat loss, large average volume density, high cost of steel consumption, and poor strength and resistance to smoke erosion of traditional refractory fiber lining structure. Considering the use function of the lining, the gas barrier and thermal insulation performance of the lining are emphasized at the same time. Different materials are selected in different parts of the lining to maximize the physical properties of the lining material itself.

Refractory fiber lining material-characteristics of dense refractory fiber lining

 

1. Dense refractory fiber lining material improves its material performance: reduces air permeability, improves structural strength and density. The inorganic high-temperature binder adopts the world's advanced powder technology and is a pure inorganic high-temperature binder. The proportion of the effective components of A120, Zr02, and Si02 binders can be adjusted according to the different use temperatures, which can effectively ensure the refractoriness of the inorganic binder.

2. The dense fiber lining material is directly formed on site by a special spraying method using refractory fiber cotton and inorganic high-temperature binder, and there is no construction seam. During the spraying process of the lining, the fiber presents a three-dimensional network structure, which overcomes the internal stress of fiber shrinkage. The lining will not produce directional shrinkage at high temperature, avoiding shrinkage cracks and improving the thermal efficiency of the kiln.

3. The barrier anti-corrosion coating as an anti-corrosion layer also has a gas barrier effect. The dense refractory fiber lining is used as an insulating refractory layer, and the modified lightweight low-conductivity castable lining is used as a gas barrier layer and has a heat insulation effect.

4. The number of anchors is small, and all are buried in the fiber layer, which can effectively prevent the nail head from burning and avoid thermal short circuit.

5. It is convenient for the transformation of old furnaces, and construction can be carried out without removing the furnace pipes, saving time; after the lining construction is completed, the furnace does not need to be baked, which can reduce the loss of shutdown.

6 The compressive strength after drying and burning is increased, greater than 0.2 MPa, which improves the ability to resist airflow scouring, extends the service life of the fiber furnace lining, and has low air permeability, which can effectively prevent smoke erosion.

It is suitable for the refractory and heat-insulating layers of ethylene cracking furnaces and chemical kiln linings, the heat-resistant layers of heating furnaces, and the fire-facing protective layers of high-grade lightweight bricks. It is also suitable for the linings of devices with lower line speeds and is an alternative to fiber spray coatings.
