High Alumina Insulation Bricks

High-alumina polylight thermal insulation bricks are made of special high-alumina as the main raw material, supplemented with appropriate additives, and produced by polylight ball burning loss method, and are made by machine and extrusion methods. The products have the advantages of high compressive strength, good thermal shock stability, small re-burning line change, and low thermal conductivity. It can be widely used in various industrial kiln linings (not corroded by solutions) and insulation layers in metallurgy, ceramics, petroleum, chemical and other industries. It is an ideal energy-saving product. The use temperature is below 1300℃.

High-alumina insulation refractory bricks have the characteristics of low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation performance and stable quality. They can be used for the lining or insulation layer of various high-temperature furnaces. In addition to meeting the internationally adopted mechanism one-time molding and burning additive manufacturing process, our factory also retains the traditional foam lightening method and casting molding. The cross-sectional structure of the product is uniform, and the pores form a complementary and interpenetrating honeycomb, so that the product's compressive strength and thermal insulation performance are both up to the international level. All product shapes are ground and shaped, with small dimensional deviations, which can meet the special requirements of furnace masonry.

High-alumina insulation bricks are insulation refractory products made of bauxite as the main raw material, with an aluminum content of not less than 48%. The production process adopts the foam method. The burning additive method can also be used. The bulk density at the load softening temperature is 0.5-1.2g/cm3, and the thermal conductivity is 0.2-0.5W/(m.k).

 

 

High-alumina insulating refractory bricks can be used to build insulation layers and areas that are not subject to strong erosion and scouring by high-temperature molten materials. When in direct contact with flames, the surface contact temperature of general high-alumina insulating refractory bricks shall not be higher than 1350. Mullite insulating refractory bricks can directly contact flames and have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, and significant energy-saving effects. High-alumina insulating refractory bricks are suitable for the lining of pyrolysis furnaces, hot blast furnaces, ceramic roller kilns, electric porcelain drawer kilns and various resistance furnaces.
